Parents have a big responsibility in their children’s eating habits and dietary plans. However, over the years that accountability has fizzled out as we see child obesity nearing 20% in the US.

The food industrial complex needs to be recognized by citizens too. There’s always healthier alternatives out there, but it’s the individuals responsibility to choose properly.

Having kids hop on the Ozempics and Wegovy’s can’t be long term solutions; they’re just silver bullets until it starts working against them.

So just feed your child some vegetables once in a while and they wont be fat 😭 😭
