The general population is seeking self improvement, new goals and “levelling up”.

• Write your goals down- It’s a great way to constantly remind yourself of what you’re trying to accomplish. Writing it down also helps set valuable intention and hold yourself accountable.

• Every year has it’s ups and downs- No one has a crystal ball. Things are hard to predict, but you can deffs prepare. Take keen interest in preparation! That means research and planning towards your interest and goals

• Just do s**t- Planning is good. It’s good prep. But don’t get hung-up on just planning. YOU NEED TO TRY THINGS. Make an effort towards your plan, try it. Do it. Make the fu**ing mistakes and see what works. If you fail at it, good! Go again. The world rewards the relentless. So try… then try again… then try again after that! You’ll be surprised at how s**t just works out when you just try!

Jeffrey Epsteins list is finally here…kinda. If you don’t know what we’re talking about or who Jeff Epstein is, here is a short, easy to understand breakdown.

• Rich old white guy (Jeff Epstein) owned a private island in US Virgin islands

• Rich old white guy finds, grooms and brings underage girls to his island

• Rich old wh- okay lets call it ROWG

• ROWG forced underage girls to give massages and perform sexual favours for grown ups

• Which grown ups? The biggest celebs, public figures and politicians in the world. There’s a high probability your fave celebs or heroes visited his island 😥 

• ROWG was running a full blown underage sex operation from 1998-2019, when he got arrested

Forever Renters Outpacing Buyers

Mankind’s longest battle, owning your crib versus renting it.

Wall Street Journal just came out with a recent article headlined “The Rise of Forever Renters” and they showed some pretty cool facts.

• People earning $200,000+ are now renting more (historically this is the home owner pay range)

• Amongst people earning $1 million+, renting has gone up dramatically

• 103 million Americans in 2022 lived in a rental property

• Thats 15% increase from 2007

There’s a clear shift that we can see here. But perhaps that’s because owning has gotten more expensive over the years.

Where’s the opportunity in real estate then?

Builders need to think more through the lens of renting, especially for home communities. There’s obvs builders that build apartments and condos, but the market lacks new built single family home rentals.
